Sherborne Abbey Festival

Sherborne Abbey Festival is an annual classical music festival held over the first week of May in Sherborne, Dorset.

With concerts to suit all audiences and musical tastes, the festival spans over a week, featuring world-class musicians and ensembles, as well as concerts given by talented pupils from local schools and professional musicians from the area. Most concerts are held at the stunning Sherborne Abbey as well as at other venues across town.

Past performers include Nicola Benedetti, Steven Isserlis, Jess Gillam and groups such as Tenebrae, The Tallis Scholars, Armonico Consort and Florilegium. A week of inspiring music in an extraordinary setting.
