Experience Handel/Milton’s L’Allegro through all your senses other than sight. Enter into the historical hall of The Vache house to hear our singers and orchestra perform this beautiful piece, and allow expert multisensory guides to create a heightened world of smell, touch, taste, and movement. Individual requests and sensitivities will be taken fully into account.
This project is a collaboration between Vache Baroque, Milton’s Cottage and BitterSuite, gathering a highly experienced and brilliant team of multi-disciplinary creatives.
Grounds will be open from 12pm until 8.30pm both days; the VB bar will be serving refreshments and guests are welcome to bring picnics. There will be three entry points into the house at 12.30pm, 3.30pm & 6.30pm. Guests will experience our signature pre-show installations, followed by a blindfolded multi-sensory performance lasting c. 45 minutes.
