Music in Islip announces the acclaimed Croatian baroque violinist Bojan Čičić will give a solo recital by candlelight in St Nicholas’ Church, Islip.

Bojan, who now lives in Oxford, is Director of, amongst other positions, the Academy of Ancient Music and Professor at the Royal College of Music in London. His recital includes some of the most celebrated works ever composed for solo violin: Biber’s Passacaglia from the Rosary Sonatas and Bach’s Partita in D minor concluding with the amazing Chaconne.

Tickets, including a glass of wine, are also on sale from Islip Village Shop. Take advantage of the Advance Offer £2 Discounts (until 7 April).
