I am Malu, I am a Cuban violinist currently living in Belgium. In Cuba I did my first studies until my first degree in modern violin. During this time, I was working in Cuba in different chamber music formats and in symphony orchestras with which we toured part of the world participating in festivals of Cuban popular music, Latin American and classical music. From 2022 I moved to the Netherlands to do my second degree this time in baroque music playing with a historical violin. Since then, I have had the opportunity to participate in different early music festivals and with some Dutch groups that are dedicated to historically informed interpretation.
