Verdi stands as one of the greatest composers of all time; opera after opera remaining as some of the most popular music performed around the world, and for good reason. He brings all these dramatic powers to the incredible Requiem, with exquisite, powerful and demanding writing for both soloists and the choir. Opus 48 under Music Director David Crown will be performing with a period-instrument orchestra.
