We’re thrilled to present The Vale Consort — a dynamic new Wales-based professional ensemble of singers and instrumentalists, dedicated to bringing early music to life with freshness and passion.


Their programme invites you on a captivating journey through the sounds of popular devotion during the Renaissance, featuring laude, hymns and motets from across Europe and in a variety of languages. These timeless pieces reflect the depth of human faith and feeling, from simple heartfelt songs to intricate choral masterpieces — a vibrant tapestry of sacred music that still speaks to us today.
