18th Century Organ Sings Again

Saraband is joined by Timothy Roberts, who will play this beautiful organ that has lain silent for a decade. A programme of music that would have been played when this organ and the music room itself were built at the end of the 18th century.
Hanging on the walls of this beautiful music room are portraits by Gainsborough a keen amateur musician who was friends with many composers of the day.
