Obsidian Baroque performs music for oboe, violin, recorder, cello, theorbo and harpsichord by female composers of the Baroque era and their contemporaries. The concert will feature music by composers including Isabella Leonarda, Antonio Vivaldi, Élisabeth Jacquet de La Guerre, Anna Bon and Gottfried Finger.

Obsidian Baroque is a London-based period instrument ensemble founded in 2024. It performs trio sonatas, Baroque dance music, and other instrumental highlights from the Baroque repertoire, with a particular interest in celebrating the extraordinary lives and music of women composers of the Baroque era.
