Join members of Leeds Baroque, period-instrument choir and orchestra, for a seasonal performance of music for Advent and Christmas by the early 17th-century composer Michael Praetorius (1571–1621). The programme, which will include some familiar favourites and some lesser-known repertoire, will be introduced by Musical Director Peter Holman MBE in a short talk outlining the life and music of Praetorius and his contribution to music for a Lutheran Christmas.
