This programme, for three violins and continuo, continues La Serenissima's recent explorations into how music and musicians crossed Europe during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. 

Featuring music from England, France, Germany, Austria and Italy, the programme includes a mixture of trio sonatas and unaccompanied music for two and three violins, as well as a concerto for violin and Purcell's famous Three parts upon a ground.
