A programme inspired by the sounds of Venice and the island of San Lazzaro degli Armeni, where the rich traditions of Armenian monastic life meet the romance and intrigue of Venetian culture. This performance by the Tunnell Trust Award 2024 winners Intesa Duo includes music by Caccini, di Rore, Strozzi as well as some original medieval Armenian compositions.
