International Handel Singing Competition Gala Final

International Handel Singing Competition Gala Final
The International Singing Competition is the jewel in the crown of the London Handel Festival. It has been the launch pad for some of the most well-known and renowned Handelian performers in the world today.

This year’s final will be especially poignant and celebratory as it will be the final performance to be conducted by Laurence Cummings as Musical Director. Laurence has been deeply committed to supporting young talent through his career and inaugurated this competition over 20 years ago, which has now become one of the world’s most respected competitions for young singers. This is a truly fitting event for Laurence to end his tenure as Musical Director of the London Handel Festival.
