Isabelle Haile (soprano), winner of the Audience Prize - London Handel Singing Competition 2024
This special concert marks the beginning of an exciting project to record his rarely heard works—an effort supported by renowned Italian baroque music expert and musicologist Michael Talbot. We are also delighted to introduce a rising star soprano Isabelle Haile in this concert!
Isabelle Haile is an Ethiopian-Romanian soprano who performs internationally with leading ensembles such as Sarum Consort, Eboracum Baroque, and London Voices. The London Handel Singing Competition 2024 Audience prize winner, she appears regularly in baroque and contemporary concerts. Recently, she debuted at Zurich Opera House, and released the album Songs for Our Times.
Il Capo is a newly formed baroque ensemble of accomplished and virtuosic musicians, blending years of expertise with the refined elegance of mature artistry.

Join us for the debut of Il Capo, a new baroque ensemble on a mission to revive the forgotten beauty of music by the Venetian composer Diogenio Bigaglia(1678 -1745) alongside works by Alessandro and Domenico Scarlatti!
