Gabrieli Roar presents Baroque Masters

Join the choirs of the Diocese of Leeds Singing Programme and Gabrieli's professional musicians for a performance of the ever-popular Vivaldi Gloria.

The performance, which will see teenagers from Bishop Konstant Youth Choir, Bradford Catholic Youth Choir, Huddersfield Boys and Girls Choirs and Leeds Cathedral Choir join Gabrieli’s professional singers and orchestra, will open with two gems of the Baroque repertoire: Monteverdi's Ave maris stella and Purcell's Come ye sons of art.

Come and join us, and hear how this music – written nearly 350 years ago – still inspires and enthuses young singers today.

This event has unreserved seating. To guarantee a seat without a restricted view, please come early. The Cathedral is 10 minutes walk from Leeds station, and the nearest parking is Q-Park at The Light, adjacent to the Cathedral.
