The Bach Choir
Come and Sing with David Hill
Bach’s Mass in B minor

David, who has also conducted The BBC Singers and Yale Schola Cantorum amongst many others, will be sharing invaluable insights and tips on how best to sing this well-loved piece. We believe that all singers can benefit from his knowledge and wonderful communication skills – open and public events like this featuring David are rare, so if you’re tempted then don’t hesitate!
All singers who read music are welcome, whether or not you’ve sung the work before. If you’re interested in coming but aren’t feeling confident about your singing then do let us know – we can pair you up with a member of The Bach Choir on the day, who will be more than happy to help.
“I was there with a friend who’d never sung or even heard the piece before, while I’ve performed it at least a dozen times. And yet David managed to enthrall both of us equally… the best musical experience I’ve had in a very long time.” Jennifer, Soprano
“Such a relaxing yet stimulating experience – already looking forward to the next one!” Elspeth, Alto

You can hire a copy from the Choir for £3 – just choose the 'with sheet music hire' when you buy your ticket.
