Handel in Music and Art

Bridget Cunningham presents a concert of arias and harpsichord music reflecting the historical and pastoral themes in Handel's prestigious collection of art, including works by Canaletto, Watteau and Poussin, which he owned here in his home at Brook Street.

This concert contains sublime arias from L’Allegro, Il Penseroso ed il Moderato, Semele and the Foundling Hospital Anthem, with singers from London Early Opera.
