Handel at Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens

London Early Opera will present a lunchtime concert with countertenor Iestyn Morris and harpsichordist Bridget Cunningham of glorious music once performed at Vauxhall Gardens.

The music reflects a visit to the London Pleasure Gardens which was decorated with artwork, walkways, grottos, statues and illuminated by lanterns where some of the finest music and entertainment for all the family could be heard.
