Conductor Philippe Herreweghe and violinist Isabelle Faust are frequent collaborators, both known for diving deep into the historical context and authentic interpretation of every piece they perform.

They join forces with the Philharmonia for Beethoven's Violin Concerto (performed with natural trumpets and historical timpani). Brahms's Symphony no. 4, the work of a composer at the top of his game, completes the programme.
