Bellot Ensemble
Cupid’s Ground Bass

This concert will be a tale of two halves, the first exploring the thoughtful and expressive suites, sonatas and songs of London from composers such as Locke, Lawes and Purcell. In the second half of the concert we explore the freedom found in the extravagance of Italian repertoire, with our own diminutions & arrangements of spellbinding arias along with truly groundbreaking violin sonatas.
